IF YOU USE OUTLOOK 2010, 2013 or 2016:

Step 1: Click on the link sent to the email of your signature to open it in your web browser.
Step 2: Select it all and copy all the images and code.
Step 3: Open Outlook. Go to File > Options > Click on the Mail tab.
Step 4: Click on Signatures on the right-hand side.
Step 5: Click the NEW Button and enter a name your Signature.
Step 6: Paste in the Signature that you copied earlier from your browser.
**Note** Please do not panic if it looks distorted. That is normal!
Step 7: To the right of this window, you will see 3 drop-down menus:
Select your email account from the first menu.
Set the New Message Menu to your newly created Signature.
Set the Replies / Forwards Menu to your newly created Signature.
Step 8: Hit Okay on any open windows to go back to your inbox.
All done! Compose a new email or reply to an email to see your new email signature populate automatically and send yourself a test!
